where to get a picture painted on your car in newark, nj?

Iam gettin a 2002 monte carlo and my son just passed and I wanted to get his face painted on the hood with r.i.p.

If you cant find a local, check out the car magazines ( that way you can see the work), for something that important it will be worth the road trip.
