Yes, I got pregnant while on birth control pills and still got my period the first 3-4 months while tests came back negative and everything. I kept going back to the doctor and insisting something was wrong. Finally, one of the tests came back positive and I got off the pill. My periods stopped but every month, when I normally would have gotten my period, I got really bad cramping. Everything else went normally with the pregnancy and baby's fine.

No it didnt happen to me like that. I had a little bleeding for 2 months after I was pregnant it was about month 2 and 3..it was just spotting for about an hour. But Ive heard of alot of people that had their period off and on during their pregnancy and delivered right around their due date. So ask your dr. but I think you should be ok as long as your not having ALOT of pain.

I bleed till 6 months with my frist and 5 months with my second. If you have an extream blood loss go to the doctor. If it is slow and steady let it go. If you are having cramping for more than $ hrs streight go to the doctor and get hooked up to the machine to see if you are contracting. Good Luck

some women do have their period for a while at the beginning and some do have cramping for the first one or two trimesters but you need to talk this over with the doctor and they can determine a normal amount from an abnormal amount
you may need to rest yourself and stay off of your feet for a while best wishes to you

Well, not me but my mom did for 3 months with my sister. She was on the pill but that was...36 years ago. Medicine has changed drastically. You should really talk to your doctor about that. As a mother of 4, talk to him/her about ANYTHING you are not secure with. No question is a dumb question, even though we feel like it. Your doctor is waiting for those "dumb" questions.

Some women do have periods even when they are pregnant. I would talk to your doctor about it though. They need to check and see what is going on.
