My cramping lasted about 24 hours. There wasnt any bleeding and the cramps started about an hour after intercourse. I was in so much pain I could barely sit up straight. I know this isnt menstrual cramps because my cycle ended about a week prior. Could I be pregnant?

There's really no way to tell because cramping could mean a number of things. It could be something as simple as an infection or something more major. I highly doubt you're pregnant, though, seeing as you had your period just a week ago. If you period was abnormal, however, then pregnancy might be probable.

I would suggest making an appointment with your gyno. Get a pelvic exam just to be on the safe side. You'll be more at ease when it's all over and you know what's wrong and can start to correct it.

Sex isnt just sex, its a very physical activity, Its alot constant moving. So think of it like exercise, and anyone who exercises for a long period of time will either cramp or have aching muscles. Unless your body is completely adjusted to alot of cardio and exercise it is normal for you to feel this way.

usually cramps are the result of an inbalance of sodium chloride (salt) and H2O (water). Figure-out what you lack. And either, eat a cracker or guzzle some gatorade.
