I am a 48 year old woman. Around 5 years ago, I lost my sexual drive, don't know why. Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do? How I could get it back? problem.

You should talk to your Gynae about this once in a while you'll get one who will give you testosterone mentally it will help but it is controversial Check your medicine cabinet & call your pharmacist many medicines reduce sex drive Your choice whether you want the medicine or not

You should make an appointment with your doctor and have a full physical done. At the age of 48, chances are that you're approaching menopause.

The drop in natural estrogen will commonly effect sexual desire (called lack of libido). Your doctor can help you with this problem with hormone supplements. They're much more gentle than the traditional "hormone replacement therapies" of previous generations....they're more like birth control pills....but they will help.

You can also check online for female libido enhancers; they may or may not help.

there was a special I watched, You don't have a problem, most people have this its called being A sexual look into it. you will find it pretty common these days.
