I searched all over the place just like you did to find just bogus free stuff sites... but i finnally found one that only posts real free stuff, samples etc.. best part is it is updated throughout the day with new freebies. http://www.thatfreebiesite.com

depends on for what. sometimes if you go on websitesthey'll let you get a free trial package or something. but like i said it epends on what you wanna test out.
