what the different between clomid and serpafar?

my friend is taking serpafar and im taking clomid what is the different between them?

it is a steroid
but it also say to be doing the same thing as clomid

Hi not sure about the other one, but clomid is an anti eastrogen. Some people just respond better to some things than others!!
