They are supposed to help increase your sperm count.

Underwears get nothing to do with penis size or amount of sperm, at all!
Maybe the only true fact about wearing boxer concerns the loosen and lengthening of the external scrotum after many years. Sure, it's just the continuos movement and dangling of the penis to give you more erections. Since you're very young I advise you to wear briefs then, which even are sexier.

I don't think it would make it bigger. I do know of some exercises that make it bigger though. You can find them on a guide on www.mistermanpower.com. My penis has grown from 6 inches to a little more than seven inches, dead serious

There simply is no empirical evidence to support this.. However, boxers will allow for greater sperm production as your testicles will dangle further from your body thus a reduction in temperature which is necessary for healthy sperm production.

wish it did but boxers will only make you feel more free, that is why you get all the erections, its hard to keep your cock down when it is able to be so free. I love boxers and wear them daily, but my cock has never gotten any larger.
