i keep trying to get rid of this, and i go to delete on the computer, but it won't. freedom keeps catching it all the time. please help me.

Sorry freedom isn't good enough to keep it off. However I know of a program that far excedes the 2nd best program out there. Spysweeper with Antivirus is the best out there. It deals with Pop ups, spyware, adware, viruses, malware, etc etc. This is really elite software. It guards, catches and shields from over 170,600 threats. No other software can compare or come close to even half that. It's 2nd to none.

Interesting. You **should** be able to get rid of it via Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs. Anti-spyware tools such as Ad-Aware, SpyBot S&D, and Super are the next step.
If you can't get rid of it with an anti-spyware program, then pay a visit to an online forum that specializes in helping people clean adware and spyware off of their computers. Two that I've worked with are AumHa Forums and Spyware Warrior. There are plenty out there, so if you know of a forum you'd prefer to work with, by all means get in touch with them and see what they can do. They should be able to help.
You must have a nastier-than-usual version of 180/Zango. Their "party line" is that you can get rid of it just by uninstalling, but in the past they licensed their program to some less-than-savory affiliates who added modifications that made it much harder to remove. Looks like you've got one of those variants. Anyway, good luck.

If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware like zango http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/
(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
