Men are the only ones who are expected to taike responsibility.

Women can choose to escape the responsibility of her actions, but if she doesnt then the man is FORCED to take responsibility?

Sway, like I said in the question that prompted you to ask this one:

The responsibility starts before sex, not after.

If neither want to have a baby they either need to abstain or protect themselves. People today are quite aware that sex can result in a child. If neither of them aren't ready for that, then they need to take the precautionary steps to prevent it.

Wait - how is a woman not "forced" to take responsibility?
When two people engage in sex only an moron would not realize that it can result in pregnancy. If the woman becomes pregnant and choses to terminate then she is taking responsibility at the risk of her health, life, and future fertility. If she carries the child to term she is forced into the responsbility of raising a child.
Men - pump pump done. Then they think they should be able to go well I enjoyed the bang but I chose not be responsible for the child because I didn't want it?
Here's my theory -- men AND women need to learn that we are not animals and that we should stop acting like we are! Women need to close their legs if they aren't willing to take responsibility for what is created and men need to keep it in their pants if they aren't willing to be a daddy.
Stop the baby daddy drama in this country -- let's invest in some high class chastity belts and metal jock straps until people can learn to use their sexual organs responsibly!

Aren't these questions that the "fornicators" involved should have discussed and resolved before the "fornicating" began? It's a little to late afterwards don't you think.

A child is a child whether newly conceived or newly born, period. If a person is too self centered and greedy to realize this and prevent conception, they should be sterilized permanently. Then they can go an their merry way fornicating all over the place for all I care.

The woman has to live with or take action-she has no choice. Forcing men to take some of the responsibility seems, therefore, to very fair.

It takes two to tango. The woman is automatically resposible in the majority of cases. I'm assuming that you're talking about fiscal responsibility. Many don't. You need to be prepared to deal with the consequences.

Because the intent is to protect children. After the child is born, all the laws are meant to provide for the child. Regardless of how fair it is. This means they would rather screw the father, and provide for the child, then make it fair and risk the child not receiving adequate money or care.

In my eyes, it's a 50/50 deal. It takes two to fornicate so everything from there out needs to be shared 50/50 whether it be good or bad.

He should be. He needs to 'pay to play'.

But I would never force my daughter to marry a guy. If my daughter would get pregnant by some loser, I would rear the child myself rather than force her to marry him.

It does raise real questions about "equality".

Of course, just checking out your photo makes me remember why men aren't thinking rationally before orgasm.

This somehow needs to be worked out. I just wish it was worked out more before conception took place.
