I'm practicing my game (I play hockey)!!!!
How do I tell them not to shoot too hard in my face without sounding like a baby??? ;)

Go out to practice with no chest protector or sweater ...I'm sure they will miss the net all together !!!!....
I know that certainly would put me off my game and aim...

Tell them they're buttholes for doing that - you never shoot at a goalie's head in practice. They're testing you. Come out swinging.

Personally, I think you can toughen up and learn to take the hard shots like a good girl :)

Well since I carry a big stick, my shots usually are pretty hard and long...but it's usually all over the place...head butt...sometimes I can't control it.

That's very simple. You take their stick in your own hands and show then the proper shooting speed.
