According to Climates of the world, Kingston, Jamaica's all-time low is 13 degrees while the all-time high is 36.

Kingston is on the coast where it's the warmest at night.
Blue Mountain Peak is the highest point in Jamaica at 2256 metres. Apparently, temperatures in the single digits are common with temperatures below freezing not unheard of. Snow has been observed on the peak on rare occasions.

If you assume an adiabatic lapse rate of 1ºC/100 m, then the coldest temperature in Jamaican history would be around minus 10ºC at the summit of Blue Mountain Peak.
