Previous answers have missed that you ask for a free range egg recipe. So,
1, go into field, look for egg, take it home, wash it and then,
2. carefully drop into pan of boiling water for 4 minutes.
3 remove egg with spoon and put into egg cup
4. cut top off of egg , add salt and pepper to taste
5. dip toast "soldier" into egg yolk and
6 Enjoy whilst reflecting on the 5 points you have just wasted on this question!

To get the egg out of the water try using a large table spoon, have the egg-cup ready and as soon as it is out carefully place it in using your fingers to stop it slipping *caution* will be pretty hot.
Remember to crack the top open as soon as possible otherwise the egg will continue to cook inside with all that heat. And then it will not remain soft like you want it.

1

Bring to the boil then count to 16 seconds, take off the heat and cover, then leave for 3 minutes. Take out with a spoon, (eejit), lightly tap to stop the egg from cooking and serve.
Hey presto!
