Help me please!!?

OK for school we are doing a living museum and we got assigned a person and now we have to dress up like them. i got clara barton. she established the american red cross . she was also a nurse during ww2 so,i was thinking that i could borrow my moms scrubs[the outfitsdoctors wear cuz shes a doctor and just use that. is that a stupid idea? if so, what should i do ?

that's not a good idea. clara barton was born in 1821 and died 1912. that's not how people dressed back in the 19th century. you should go with a long black dress, floor-length, with long, puffed sleeves. use this image of clara barton as a guide:

you'd probably find what you need at costume shops, or need to have one made. good luck!

Clara Barton was not a nurse during WW2. She died in 1912. Scrubs are too modern for someone like her. Wear a Victorian style outfit, but don't focus so much on what she wore, but on the great things she did.

Visit your local American Red Cross, and bring some of their handouts to show how much the ARC has progressed since her time.

My daughter was Clara Barton for a school project
I googles a pattern for a nurses cap and made it out of posterboard and put a red cross on the front of it, SHe dressed in a very simple white dress atually I thing it was a big collared white shirt and we belted it..

I think you should do that I would wear all white scrubs.
