A few ideas:
- Poll seniors on their plans after college. You can make this pretty elaborate by breaking it down into how many are going to college or somewhere else, which colleges students are attending, and maybe even what they plan to major in. If you want a graphic, you can then show a map of the US to illustrate where people are going
- Get quotes from various seniors as to what they have thought of their high school experience and what advice they would give to freshman
- Run a small tribute to the class valedictorian(s)/salutorian(s)
- Create a "Remember When?" section with some interesting/funny photos and important articles from over the last four years
- Run a photo collage of photos from this year (maybe put "Congratulations Class of '07" over it
- Have the seniors in the newspaper class write a quick note thanking their staff and readers
- This one is pretty sad, but if you have any students who have passed away, run tributes
- Get teachers/counselors to give advice on how students should prepare for college
- Call up students from previous years to see how they're doing and get some advice as well

Obviously, the possibilities are pretty much unlimited, but I hope these at least get you started. Good luck!
