whenever I download a port scanner/sniffer, e.t.c., all that does is tell me what ports are opened on MY ip address. But what if I want to know what ports are opened on ANOTHER ip address? Is there a way to do this? I am NOT trying to hack, I am just trying to telnet to another computer, but I can't access it directly. So does anyone know if there is a website you can go to or a program you can download where you can enter an IP address and it will tell you what ports are opened on that IP address?

before anyone asks, I have already tried guessing a couple of common ports such as 139, 80, e.t.c. and none of them were opened on the IP address I tried. So I just need to know for a fact which ones are opened.
