It's actually better for you to sleep without one, not to mention more comfortable. Bras constrict your breathing.

The only person I ever knew who wore a bra to sleep in was my mother after she had a double-mastectomy and reconstruction, and then only because the doctor told her she needed the support till her breast surgery healed.

Wearing a bra to bed won't do anything for you physically aside from binding and possibly rubbing your skin raw. It's certainly unnecessary. Bras are made to help support against GRAVITY. Not too much of a problem...unless you sleep standing up!

Actually its preferred that women go to sleep bra-less. Dont want to keep those babies cramped up all day, do ya? They need to relax and go free

It's healthier for you in the long run. Your body needs time to let the circulation flow unimpeded by tight gripping bands of elastic around your torso and shoulders. Ask your doctor.

OMG YES! Especially if you have "big ones" like me. If it were up to me I'd be a negative A cup. Anyway, it's so much more comfortable to sleep without a bra on at night, so I let them be free!!

yes. It may be a lot more comfortable. The main reason for a bra is comfort with activity and assist with back support.
