i accedentily left it on teh bus yesterday (i know already i shouldnt have taken it to school), and a high school kid found it, brought it to the bus driver and said it was his, but he would pay her for it,, she took it and was going to give it to him tomorrow but my mom called and now he is saying it is his and i dont know how i am going to get it back
please help

If you still have the box you could match the serial numbers, or you could bring a receipt. Or you could do a printout of which songs are on ur itunes and have them match it.

one time that happened to me. but before my mom ran over it so it had a stone damage it in the back. once i told them about the ding and told them my itunes list i got it back!! tell your parents the principal and the bus driver and anyone else. also there is a seriel number on the back and if you bring the box or receipt you can prove it. and if you put in on another itunes it will say will you like to erase all memory on "blah blah blahs ipod"

When I was in high school. They have cameras on our bus. LOL, we were some naughty kids. So if they have a camera on your bus..POOF you have evidence. Does your ipod have your name or info. like carved into it? They new thing apple does. Maybe some pictures of your ipod(if you have taken any). That's all I can think of. Good luck! ^_^

that sucks get a job and bye another one and if you ever find who did it then kick him/her repeatedly in the head no just tell the bus driver the songs on it and then look em in the eye and say listen asshole your to poor to have an ipod

Try and identify you playlist......or any other marks on it that would help prove that you are telling the truth.
