i have dry lips
and when they get bad i sometimes use vaseline because i think it might work better than crappy lip balm
it can also be used for many other things which is grand =]

yes.. its very good.. put some vaseline on your lips, wait a couple minutes, then brush your lips with a toothbrush.. your lips will be sooo smooth.
