Have you already tried launching the command prompt? (Start menu, all programs, Accessories, Command Prompt).

I haven't tried any DOS games on Windows XP, but this is where I'd first go, to enter commands.

How did you load the program into the computer? From a floppy disk? Download from the Internet? If you post more details I might be able to help, including telling you what DOS commands to use.

This page on dosgames.com also has information you may find helpful, including about sound, memory, and slowing down your computer. http://www.dosgames.com/xphints.php

Or you can try this software, which "emulates a full x86 pc with sound and dos. Its main use is to run old dosgames on platforms which don't have dos."

That relies upon on what form of interest you're speaking approximately and what you recommend by using "not something works" Did you attempt working the interest from the command instant? (start up, Run, CMD) you additionally can create a DOS ecosystem for the interest and then be waiting to click an icon on your very own computing device that opens a command window and runs the interest.
