As I was walking my dog today she was attacked by a stafforshire bull terrier , who is liable for my dry cleaning bill ,as I soiled my pants in the process,should I charge the owner and would the dry cleaner's even accept soiled garment's

take the dog to court, you might get some dog biscuits out of it.

What an experience.Talk to the owner of the sb terrier. Liability exists only if a law suit is involved. Try to scrape off any feces prior to going to the dry cleaners. Things should come out fine. I hope your dog is well. The owner should help you to avoid a law suit. Most people are reasonable. if not, take pictures of all your damages prior to going to the vet and dry cleaners. May things resolve soon.

I think that you would be responsible for that. I think that the only thing that the other dogs owner would be responisble for would be vet bills if needed the vet was required.

The dry cleaners will accept soiled garments just make sure you tell them every little stain!

well I would´t bother taking them to dry cleaners , Just ask for a new pair . The cost of having them cleaned might be the cost of a new pair. You could just wash the other trousers and use them for the garden work
