Yeah. I know its only an hour ahead but I'm totally lethargic...is it because I'm getting older (32 almost) or is there a logical reason.

Naah - i've got in no way been a huge-unfold sleeper even whilst working. i'm a cat-napper and because early retiring and starting to be to be a widower it suits my 'lifestyle' ideally. approximately 3 hours has been my longest sleep for some years - plus the unusual a million/2 or a million hour 'snooze' - at ANY time of day or night. Over any 24 hour era I probably universal 5 hours - and the longest night of the 300 and sixty 5 days has not extra effect than the longest day.

Yes... except I find myself not getting to sleep until late and then waking up early every morning... 4:30 a.m. instead of 5:30 a.m. ~ sigh ~ I'm sooo tired.
