GoDaddy is cheapest and easiest
if your going free - (not good for commercial uses)
Geocities; My site Capitoljaba.com is hosted at Godaddy and loads quick enough also
my other Commercial site www.bishamon-pallet-jack.com which receives tons of hits, is godaddy - hosted
its good
