is his apparent confession reliable since it was obtained through four years of torture. I could get you to admit to anything if i could hold you and torture you indefinitely.
if their is evidence put him before a judge and jury.
There is not even enough evidence to convict bin laden for 9/11 and that is why the FBI cannot mention it in the top 10 most wanted list.

I say let him go on for a while yet. After all, have you noticed since his confession there have been no questions about 911? Lets give him a few more days until we tire of conspiracy theorists defending him and claiming he is innocent. And then execute him and let them find another conspiracy.
