Some do, I suppose. It's just like slim to skinny women. Some do and some don't. I suppose the people to ask are the BBW's themselves. But you'll probably get the same answer.

Thongs can be very uncomfortable to wear which is why I refer to them as "butt floss". Better to go commando. Then there's absolutely no panty lines.
