On a lot of jobsites they ask your ethnicity and gender and they all have a "perfer not to respond" box to check. If I check those am I pretty much saying I am a white male, because if it can help me get a job, why wouldn't I tell them if I was a minority.

No. You are saying you are sick and tired of answering this question.

I've been white, black, Asian, Hispanic, and now I'm either other or prefer not to reply. Judge my a$s when I walk through the door.

No. If you are a legal immigrant or an American born person, you do need to answer honestly.
