Online personality tests are often unstandardized, with low metrical characteristics. If you're interested in real, validated personality tests type IPIP in your browser and select the first link on the list. You'll find an entire collection of free personality tests there, but you'll have to interpret them yourself. Basically, a high score on a scale indicates a higher "quantity" of a personality trait. Pay attention that some items on the scales are in the opposite direction which means that the score on that item have to be added to the complete score after transforming it.
