You want at least DDR2 memory, because this game does require a bit more performance than the standard video chipset, but you should be able to play this just fine on a pc like the one in the link below.....

You definatly want an HP Pavilion! I actually just spent $800 on a laptop that has 1.6GHz, 1GB RAM, 120GB harddrive and a pretty decent graphics card. You can't go wrong with an HP Pavilion.
