The song is called "Them Changes" and it has been recorded by Santana and also Jimmy Hendrix.

I think it's `Them Changes', originally by Buddy Miles who played drums for Jimi Hendrix at one point. Album of same name. Great bass line! Later covered by some country rock band.

u can write the quote on yahoo search, and it might take you to the lyric. that is how i've found most rare lyrics. sometimes even if the words are wrong, it finds the correct ones. example: george michael's "a different corner".
