DO NOT bind yourself tightly! this could lead to plugged ducts, and possibly mastitis. Both of which are painful!

your body produces milk based on demand. If there is no demand, It will eventually stop, everyone's body is different so there is no set time (sorry).

Some women never stop producing... why not give the milk to your baby?

It should be soon. I had my daughter on the 27th, and stopped nursing after day 3, and my milk is pretty much dried up. I had a slight leakage about 3 days ago, but other than that, I am pretty much done.

Your milk will gradually taper off as your child weans him or herself in about 2 years. There should be little to no pain or discomfort or leakage and you won't need any special medicines or creams to help the process.

I would suggest re-milking and breast feed your baby!

If you don't want to do this.... Bind yourself up really tight, Take benadryll, avoid any breast stimulation. avoid long hot showers. You should be cleared up in 4 to 8 weeks from birth.
