Keep in mind that women are emotional. A woman who is cheating is likely to be withdrawn and distracted, only because her thoughts are on the other person. She might change her habits, such as forget to do things that are a normal routine.

My sister went through this... she had an affair and the man's wife confronted them at work and told my sister that she needed to tell her husband or he would. She told him and they are still together - MISERABLY. My sister regrets the affair, but she would give anything to have enough money to leave. My advice having watched this scenario before? Leave your wife - you will never be able to trust her again and she'll resent you for not letting her out of the house. My sister can't even come over to hang out with me when I'm in town and I live 8 hours away. As far as telling her? Two good points already made... I know you're hurt, but it's his responsibility to own up... feeling scorned is totally understood. However, you wouldn't want to feel like the idiot in town not knowing what was going on... so, tell your wife that her playmate has a week to get it out in the open or you will let her know. It's tough as it destroys families and friends in small towns, however, if it's that small, likely other ppl suspect and before the world runs amuck, all players should be involved. Good luck. Horrible situation. Divorce her though. No matter what you think, good women do still exist, and if she's unhappy, she'll do it again.... What a crappy society of non-committal that we live in anymore. :)

Here are some signs:
1-Shower at odd times
2-New underwear and bra
3-Always fixing her hair, before she goes out
4-wear make up and perfume
5-Buying new clothes and lingerie
6-day dreaming with a smile on her face
7-Not interested in kissing you (disgusted)
And one of the most important one is not interested in sex with you. You know your wife better than anybody else, you know how passive or how wild she is in bed, and if you are an experienced husband, you should be able to tell if she is climaxing, a woman can fake the moans, but she cannot fake orgasms.
Good luck!!!

I would say most of the answers I've read already are pretty damn close to right on the nose... Another one that made it difficult for me to catch my wife. It was a co-worker, and let's just say she had lot's of meetings, before work, after work, out of town conferences... you get the idea... The cell phone was my first clue, the rest I had to do some SERIOUS detective work... As I always say,(now) the question is not whether or not she is or was cheating? It's, what the hell are you gonna do about it, when you prove the bad news... That's where I messed up...
Good luck to you... :(

If she is constantly asking you if you are cheating on her. Or, if she seems to suddenly have a new habit that puts her out of the house for a while, if so wait and go to her supposed destination and if she's not there in a certain time frame she should be there start asking questions

She seemed to be late on the 10th to 16th day of her menstrual cycle, not late as in pregnant but late from work, went shopping those nights coming home with nothing and other sudden trips as I timed her cycles. If she didn't.........it sure was strange after all both her brothers use to actively cheat.....runs in the family? I'll never know.

My brother's wife was cheating on him. Some signs were: showering at odd times, like, right after she got home, or right before he got home ; not wanting sex with him, or any physical contact, for that matter ; not as loving, more irritable with him ; trips to "the store" at strange times and gone longer than a trip to the store would actually take (always with some excuse "I saw my sister and was talking to her for a while") ; she got nervous when the phone rang and he answered it. Stuff like that.

It depends of course on your specific home situation, but good examples are: she's been "plain Jane" for the past few years and now she's suddenly "Christie Brinkley" , she started "gussying" herself up, wearing a little make up, new clothes and especially if she went from "granny panties" to thongs or cute lace panties. She is no longer nagging you for ignoring her or working late and begging for your time. She herself either "works late" or goes to "bingo" multiple nights in a week. She's starting to go out with her "girlfriends" more and she's getting a sitter for the kids instead of taking them to their play dates. If she didn't have a cell phone, she suddenly purchased one - odd especially if she's a homemaker. If you still have sex she's kissing differently or wants to try new things sexually (she probably learned from her lover). I mean there are a multitude of things that could show, and then there could be no clues at all. Women are not like men, we are smart enough to cover our tracks and keep things to ourselves. We don't have to tell our girlfriends about the affairs (unlike men who seem to have to stroke their ego by telling their buddies) so the chances of us getting caught aren't as great. Anyway, if you've done nothing to her to make her want to cheat (like cheat on her first) then I sincerely hope she's not cheating. Good luck.

You must feel that she is unhappy in the marriage if you are asking that question. Do you feel that she is happy? Are you happy in the marriage? Do you feel like you want to cheat? Before you assume or think that she is cheating, make sure that it is not just that she is unhappy. Good Luck and I hope that you find the answers you are looking for.
