ok my back has still been hurting and my stomach i have slight headaces and cant really focus i went to to energency room and theytoldme it was just mycycle getting ready to start but i know period cramps and this is horrible can i be pregnant

OMG! You went to the ER for a headache? This is why we're paying higher and higher medical premiums. Unless you think you've been exposed to something awful, you're broken or bleeding, you really shouldn't have to go to the ER. That's why part of the word is EMERGENCY. If you think you're pregnant, take a test. Don't bug an ER doc for it.

Well, I don't know how old you are and I'm not going to blast you for going to the emergency room or tell you to go back. But as a mother of 8 and grandmother of one, it sounds like you've got a good case of pms. Take some motrin, pms can cause some pretty bad cramps and back pain sometimes.
Give it a week and see if your period starts. If it continues to get worse and/or your period doesn't start, call your Dr.

I would go back to the emergency room and insist they do an ultrasound--throw a fit if they don't!!! I don't want to scare you, but this is not normal and could be a tubal pregancy--since you can have trouble before you even know you're pregnant.

Take a pregnancy test, but pains and cramps do not mean you are pregnant.

Did you have sex? If you had sex maybe but I'm not thinking so.
