Tara was my sisters name and Jonathan was my bothers name.
They were killed in a house fire 19 years ago. I never really was able to get close to them.

Also the middle names are my parents middle names. Lee is my fathers and Ann my mothers.
I wanted the names to mean something.

Aww that almost made me cry just thinking about how special that would be to honor those people in your life. I say use those names, they mean so much already. Tara Ann is very very pretty, it sounds so delicate and flowy..and Jonathan Lee is wonderful. Nice strong names, classic and special.

Tara Ann and Jonathan Lee are good names.
Oh, and by the way... every single one of the online "tests" and chinese calenders, etc. etc. said I was having a girl, everyone at work said I was carrying like I was having a girl, even I thought I was having a girl... but I had a boy. So... don't get your heart set on one or the other. You never know.

I like Tara Ann. I'm not the biggest Jonathan fan but Jonathan and Lee go well together. I think it is nice you want to honor your sibling's memory. Just make sure it won't upset you to hear those names all the time.

I like Tara Ann. It's very pretty. I think that names like Ariana, Cassandra, Kayla, and Alyssa are very pretty as well. If you have someone in the family that passed away, maybe you should pick your baby's middle name according to that person. It is a way of honoring and remembering them.

Both very nice names! Make sure the middle name is not just a thoughtless "filler," though. For example, Ann is a very common filler middle name for girls. However, if you like the name Ann or it has significance to you, definitely go for it.

I think a baby name should have some meaning or significance and it sounds like both names you have picked out have those. Beautiful! Good luck!
