there is nothing to challege academic decision even if you are 100% sure that it is totally conducted unfairly and with determination of ruining someone's career?

Seems to me that something bad must have happened to you. I smell a conspiracy here.

Anyway, you do make a valid statement. Sometimes, we just don't have the luck for things to go with us. Some teachers cover up their mistakes and not give in. Brings the idea of not wanting to lose face.

Those kind of people come around once in a blue moon so don't worry about it. Just get up, dust yourself, grit your teeth and move on. You can't really change much.
