I love Salmon, but my new favorite is the Philadelphia Rolls, since last weekend when I had it for the first time!! OH MY GOODNESS!! IT GAVE ME A MOUTHGASM!!!!! It's such a GREAT mix!!! SALMON! AVOCADO! And when the Cream Cheese Hits it's like WOOOOOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Christina, the Spider Roll is good, but try the Philadelphia Roll!!

An easier question for me would be, what kind of sushi do you not like. I love just about anything in the sushi market, except squid and octopus. I have tried numerous other types and loved everyone of them. My favorite would have to be tuna, second favorite...wahoo. But I will eat it all, even salmon, which is the only way I will eat salmon, b/c anyway you cook it, it smells like garbage. I am pretty much a garbage disposal for almost all types of sushi. Whats not to love!!!

Ever tried deep-fried sushi rolls? I know it's not very traditional, but it's great! I work in a restro-lounge that serves sushi, and I had never heard of anything like that before it opened.

Fish I like plus shisho leaf or negi in a roll.
