It sounds like wood creaking, and my bed is 2 years old.

I had this problem before and the only way to get rid of it is to buy a new box spring. The squeaking means it is time for a new one. If it is only 2 yrs. old it may be under warranty still. Check with the store that it was purchased at.

Try turning the box spring around.

tightening the screws will help a bit but the squeaking will not cease completely. it's just one of those things you have to live with!!

Youo don't really. You just need to learn to live with it. If you have company or kids it can be embarrassing at times.

turn the bed over and see if the screws need tightning up they come loose.
