I am with vodafone and i am really unhappy with them and their charges at the moment. does anyone know how i can get out of the contract early without any penalties to pay?

Sorry I don't know of any way to get out of a contract with out the penalty.

if you've passed your grace period, then you'll still have to pay the ETF, it sux, but it's true, sometimes if you threaten to leave ur provider, (make sure you get a supervisor) then you can get them to get rid of some of the *unvalid charges* these are things like, downloads, there is a trick to those, you call and say, I recieved it, but it doesn't work, or something like that, I don't know how many people I had call in and say that, and we were obligated to refund the charge, but anytime you "threaten" to leave, or switch providers, they will try their dam.ndist to keep you.
