He deserves it a whole hell of a lot more than Arafat did.

No I don't think so.
While I agree with some of his politics and even the hot button war issue. I do have serious issue with how he has executed this war, his strategy is horrible and his inability to fix what is wrong is leading us down a very dangerous path. We need a leader who can make adjustments when necessary.
On the rest of his politics, as a republican I honestly don't feel like he has done all that he could on a number of other very important issues such as national security, illegal immigration, healthcare reform, Social Security reform and others.

Let's see, his daddy armed Iraq and Iran in the 80's, and trained the Taliban under Reagan. He also traded arms for hostages while claiming to never negotiate with terrorists. The Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld gang has been up to their elbows in arming the middle east for over 20 years.
Now they start up a war and claim that anti-war protesters are encouraging terror, all the while presiding over the most massive arms sales in history.
gee, ya think?

They don't give a prize for evil war mongers, or mass murderers, and they don't give a boobie prize, so no I don't think he should win the prize.

Yeah right! He should probably win the nobel conflict award. He hasn't done anything to increase the peace, but to bring it down.

Why not. If Gore can get nominated for a slide show presentation then the award is pretty much pointless.
