Purchase a white Lycra/spandex full body suit (you can find these at dance stores) and a few large bags of stuffing/batting (craft stores). While wearing the bodysuit, stuff pillows at your stomach and sides, and then the batting to "smooth" out the bulge. You can also use the batting at your legs and arms (make sure it's not too close to your feet or hands, you don't want the stuffing falling out!). Draw the Pillsbury logo on a chef's hat from a kitchen supply store using a blue marker.

If you are good at sewing, or know someone who is, you could back the inside of the body suit with swimwear lining, leaving a small opening to stuff the suit. I think that would be more comfortable, and would keep the stuffing more in place.

It's going to be quite a lot of work to make one that could be an actual famsicle of the doughboy. I'd start with a basic body suit that is padded with foam rubber and a head topper (a la school mascot) You can sculpt one or make one from paper mache ----- however I would suggest purchasing a costume and seeing what improvements you can make to it.

Get cream silky fabric and navy blue. Get cotton to fill him around the side so he would be chubby Make a head for him you don't have to you could color your face. Thats how my mom made my brother's he looked cute. You should get a picture of the dough boy to make his curves right. search him.
