That cracks me up so much! It's sooo random, I don't think there really is suppose to be a meaning at the end, except for the fact that they're eating Charlie as the "candy." That's too freakin funny.

...?, meaning they lured charlie into the cave, had him knocked out, and removed/stole his kidney to sell on the black market or whereever, those things dont come cheap
..havent you ever heard of the urban legend where the guy wakes up in a tub of ice with his kidney missing?
