Yeah a real job I'm only 21 and my weekly salary , is what you make on welfare in a year...hhaahaha.
Not to brag but I have a perfect life and couldn't ask for anything more, a great handsome fiance ( sorry guys) I have a brand new car,
I was brought up in a affluent loving family, and never went without anything !!
I would never trade in my life!!! :)

HOTMOM....I should have said that these are not my words - it is a quote, and then I should have asked what to you think of this quote.
I agree with you 100% The speaker is very narrow minded and has much to learn. It is natural though when we are very young to be very black and white. I am old and I am still like that about 'some' things. People grossly lacking in depth and compassion annoy me a lot.

She sounds like she's only trying to convince herself that all she has written is true, as if all that did apply to her and she was really happy within herself she wouldn't have the need to 'rub it in' anyone's face. She sounds miserable and lonely like one of those people who has all the material wealth in the world, yet doesn't know how to happy. Get out there and get involved with the underprivilaged, you might gain some appreciation for life while doing something worthwhile!!!

You sound as insecure and immature as the woman you are putting down. You sound like you are gloating about how 'well off you are'. Also, some people have no choice but to be on welfare. Just because you came from an 'affluent' family, doesn't make you better...in this case you sound 'snobby'.
