I work in the office of a manufacturing shop, and I have an absolutely psycho crazy boss. He will not let us make coffee here, or even have a coffee pot near the place. It really sucks!! Ayone else banned? Or do you at least feel bad for me ;)

I've never heard of that. Sounds like you are unhappy at your work. Ever thought of planning an exit strategy? Starting a part-time business and growing it into full time?

yeah i feel bad for you. I use to have a boss similiar and he didn't want us to leave the office at all untill it was time to go home lol that was stressful, work thru lunch, it was cool sometimes we get paid to eat but if we had to work whie eating that was aggrivating lol. We all told him that we want to have a meeting re: how we can work smarter while improving productivity. We said our mood does affect how we work. It has a impact on production. We also spoke about not affending anyone else that came into the office/phone so we kept all religion out of the business and if we didn't keep it out then we would mention and respect as many religions as we knew. During the meeting we spoke about how music and coffee would help us to be in a better mood while working. We also asked him why he didn't want us to drink coffee and listen to music. We all prepared before talking to him. We plotted and we eventually persuaded him to let us show him that we will continue our work while getting better. And we did what we said. We became much more productive and it showed in the $$$.

I would be going crazy not being able to have coffee. WOW I Really feel for you. I guess the alternative would be to buy the Starbucks cold drinks. Those are great.

What! That is crazy! What do you do at breaks or lunch? I would buy the largest thermos I could find, and bring my own. Good luck!
