If he lost the bet & it's your choice what he has to do, so if you want him to see what it's like to be a girl, then dress him up just like a girl. Give him the whole feminine experience & change him into your girlfriend for a day.

well i guess you wouldn't want him in full drag, that might make him hate you lol shaving the legs isn't very humiliating because i dont think a lot of people notice, unless he has really hairy legs
this is a random idea but why don't you give him the guys equivalent of a brazillian wax? if you don't kno what that means, for a guy, its shaving his manhood to make it appropriate

VERY high heels, VERY tight mini-skirt! Put him on a treadmill, turn it up to full and tape his hands to the bars! Then cover him in itching powder while you manicure his nails making "mistakes" that can lead to a very ticklish sensation! After that make him walk out in public dressed as a man but force him to apply his lipstick in front of everyone randomly! Cover his cheeks in blush!!! Take him to get all of his beauty treatments done at the same time! And if you really want fun, force him to cover his whole face in lipstick!

I think that instead of you making him do something that will humiliate him, try to make him do something for you. Romantic evening, give you massages, something that will benefit you. Be careful because guys do not get over being humiliated very easily.
