For those who have been inundated with e-mails about the supposed death of comedian Sinbad from a heart attack, just hit delete on those correspondences, as the news is 100 percent not true. EUR's Lee Bailey has spoken with the comic’s brother and manager, Mark Adkins, who confirms that the former star of "A Different World" is alive and well (Listen to phone conversation below).
“That was a vicious rumor, I don’t know where it came from, but it started last weekend,” Mark, the head of a promotions company in Los Angeles, told Bailey on the phone Thursday afternoon. “It just started circulating around the country, and today I got more calls than any.”
“On Saturday I started getting a lot of comedians calling me saying that they heard Sinbad had passed away,” Mark continued. “Then it had died down for a couple of days and we thought it was just a little local rumor, but then it went across the country. I got calls from Detroit and New York, radio stations calling. I guess there’s some sort of obituary or something on the e-mail blast that made it seem real.”

you would be questioning of Richard Jeni who killed himself. He died from a gunshot wound. so some distance as i will tell, Sinbad is alive and properly. Tom Joyner purely had him on the air (3/sixteen/07 @ approx. 8:30 AM EDT) to place rumors of his loss of life to relax. he's alive, properly, and dealing on a clean action picture!
