Absolutely not. If a woman is the one taking the most care it ends up that way but a man should do it as well. My youngest granddaughter is 22 months and she wanted to be involved in the chore list every week (the older two draw out chores and put them on a chart). One of her "chores" is to wait till Mom and Dad get home to poopie. I take care of them four days a week. I made it up. :o) Funny thing is, it works.

No way. It is both parents. It depends on who is with the child when he needs a diaper change. It is looked at as being a womans duty because she is usually the one mostly with the child, but these days it is (or at least should be) an equal responsibility...just as feeding the child is.

Yes. Why not? I will expect my husband to change a few just so that I know he knows how to do it in case I can't be there to change it myself. But other than that, I will be changing all the diapers.

The man helped to make the kid, so he should share in the dirty jobs, too. Why should it just be the woman's job? Men just say that because they are being lazy. Get over it.

I thought we agreed we would hire a Nanny for that!
But even if you do make me change his diapers you know I'll still love you!

Definitely not...the father should be just as involved with all aspects of bringing up baby...I was Mr.Mom for 17 years...raised 3 daughters and a son...took both of the parents to make the baby and it takes both to raise the baby...

A lot of you say the man helped make the child so they should change the diaper. Well, if it takes two to make a child, why is it your choice alone to unmake a child?

Nope.
You brought that child into this world, the least you could do is that. You weren't the one who carried it for 9 months, nor gave birth to it.
