I don't think so. I use Cetaphil which was recommended to me by my dermatologist. It's definitely more expensive than Neutrogena ($12-15 a bottle), which I assume means it's a better product.

It depends on your skin type. Personally I find Neutrogena makes my skin too oily (even the oil control stuff). You have to find a product that works for you.

They're OK, but not the best in my opinion. The best skincare products for you are the ones with the most amount of natural ingredients.
The best skin care line in my opinion is Suki Naturals.

Me? I don't use Neutrogena that much as Clinique and Sisley for Men, but I never go for the "cheap" stuff. LOL

You need to figure out what works best for you. There is no such thing as the best. Just what works best for you. Gimmicks and brands don't matter.

for something you can buy at a drugstore HELL TO THE YES,but if your going department store brand then thats another question i like shissiedo & clinique
