The reason Sanjaya is still on this show is because the show is planned out from start to finish, and they knew they were going down hill with the show and had to get some more action in. So they choose to keep the little no singing towel head in week after week.. and let the ones that can sing go just for money money money its all bout the all mighty dollar

It's his *evil* hair....all the girls think he's soooo hot! But it's NOT! It's used as a dangerous voting tool against the other contestants! The hair is styled to send subliminal messages thru the TV waves into the minds of the young weakminded little girls....brain washing them into a droolcoma phase thru his performance. Then, they go into the 2nd phase of the hypnosis. Young girls have shown insane dialing technique, lack of function in the the fingers the day after voting.. Mothers across the globe have reported that their daughters don't remember anything.....except waking up covered in drool and an outstanding phone bill!
STOP VOTING FOR SANJAYA....or you too will be next to suffer from this aweful experience!

I am trying to figure out if Sanjaya is a guy or a grirl. He has a new hairstyle every week. He is probably going to be the next michael jackson. Who knows they might even be related. I have no clue why he is still on the show, but i am excited to see his hair style next week!

I really think that its the 'Tween vote because the teenagers that suck (like Chicken Little from last year) seem to stay on the show a little longer then they should and pretty much all the fan support is little 11 yr old girls

He's still on American Idol because of that stupid votefortheworst.com site. People need to quite joking around and just vote for the people who can actually sing and not just ones who look cute. Personally, I don't think he should have even gone to Hollywood but I don't think the people on American Idol thought he would get as far as he has.

There is a population of 9 year old girls having slumber parties every tuesday night and working their cell phones (and yes, there are nine year olds with cell phones) voting for him because he is appealing to the 9 year old girl population. Thats why he is still there.

cause Howard Stern and his fans think it's funny to vote for the worst contestant on Idol to see how far they will go in the competition...If I was that poor talentless kid I would drop out instead of being humiliated week after week...

He's an idiot. If he would sing with some support (a.k.a. louder) he might be good. He just needs to sing a Michael Jackson song and then leave! He sucks!

I think he's coasted through on pure luck long enough now. I can't see that he would make it to the top 10. He's this year's Kevin Covais...can't believe he made it to the top 11 either!

I agree. Sadly according to many news reports... there is a fan club for him. They know he sucks but they want the worst to win. They are trying to crash AI. We have to put a stop to it. You can visit websites about him and how they want the worst to win. :( Keep voting!
