Okay, I'm trying to make a page like this:

but, I do not know much abotu HTML. All I have been able to do is copy pictures from Ticklish Designs and Starlightmks. I want to dopictures, but Ido not know how to code them. I want itto look nice! Please help!!! (My site is www.neopets.com/~mistreated_but_OK)

To add a picture into HTML you need to add the following tag:
picture_url should be the location of your image (what you would type into the address bar to make it show up in your web browser e.g. http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/us/sch/gr/ga_ans_uh_logo.gif
x and y should be replaced by the size you want the picture to be in pixels (experiment with this until it looks right try 200ish to start with)
alt_txt is the text which will be displayed if the image can't be shown.

He is conceited and arrogant, yet girls follow him around like they're lost. Thats because of this soccer playing abilities. He is the best soccer player on the team and as an added bonus, he's filthy rich. Not as rich as Sarah, but you get the idea. Crushes on; Gabby Best Friend(s); Sam and Blake The Comedian  Name; Samuel Charles MacNeil Call Him; Sam, Sammy Hates; Andy, Sarah Info; He's a few fries short of a happy meal, if you catch the drift( Hello, He's Blonde!), but he is SUPER funny. He wants to be a stand up comedian, if he ever gets the chance. He's going out with Jill, but likes Belle alot. What will he do? Crushes on; Belle Best friend(s); Gabby,Blake,Jill and Spencer.
