If all your other gas rings light up and work properly, don't despair. The oven works differently to the gas rings and grill. To control temperature in order to cook food, all ovens need a thermostat. It is a relevantly simple job for a qualified Gas Fitter to check to see if the thermostat requires calibrating or needs replacing. Hope you find this helpful.

You may have got some dirt on the main burner in the oven when you cleaned it, and this is stopping the gas to the main burner from Igniting. If you can do it, remove the oven burner and check that none of the gas ports are clogged up.

Some gas ovens have a temprature sensor near the burner, and it won't come on to full flame until the whole oven is warmed up.
