If a man have sex with you and uses and condom and it comes off of him can it go inside of you? That is what happen to me and it hurted?

Yes, it can go inside of you. but it shouldn't hurt unless u're allergic to latex of something. U should be able to stick ur finger inside and slide it out. but if the pain is that serious you may want to go talk to a doctor.

If by "going inside you", you mean that the condom can travel/ enter your uterus, then no, it cant. Not without cervical dilation.
The condom must be still in your vagina. Please remove it as soon as possible as it might lead to infection. You can remove it yourself. Use a mirror if required. Or you can visit your gynaecologist. They will have the expertise.
Also, if this was your only method of birth control, then you should see your health care provider to receive the Emergency Contraception Pill.

That shouldn't hurt, and you should be able to dig it out with your middle finger. Messy, but safe to do.
