I am custom building thru an online site (cyberpower.com)so any modifications to the motherboard or cpu would be appreciated as well. Also is a PPU neccesary

If you run the two 160GB drives in RAID 0, they will equal 320GB and you will have faster read and write times than you would with a single 320GB drive. The two drives will appear as a single 320GB drive.

Also, people telling you that more than one hard drive slows your system down (RAID or not) have absolutely no idea what they're talking about.

I would say a single 320GB, Allows space for expansion later on.

I prefer having the extra space, so 320 would be my choice.
